1. General Policy

All purchases are considered final once processed.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may only be granted if:

  • A duplicate order was created
  • A technical error caused incorrect billing

3. Non-Refundable Cases

We do NOT offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect purchases made by the user
  • Completed or fulfilled orders

4. Refund Requests

To request a refund, contact support via Discord and provide:

  • Order number
  • Proof of issue

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds may take 3–10 business days depending on payment method.
